Hot & Healthy: Fat-Burning Meatloaf Recipe

Goal: Fat Burning

    <h4 class="recipe-ingredients__title">Ingredients</h4>
    <ul class="recipe-ingredients__list">
                                <li>2½ lbs 85% lean ground beef</li>
                                            <li>4 tbsp cayenne pepper</li>
                                            <li>2 tsp salt</li>
                                            <li>2 cups parmesan cheese</li>
                                            <li>6 cups green beans</li>
                                            <li>4 tbsp butter</li>
                            </ul>

    <h2 class="block-title"><span>Directions</span></h2>

                            <li>Mix all ingredients except beans and butter, and add to loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. If desired, add a small amount of spaghetti sauce when portioned on each plate.</li>
                                    <li>For green beans, sauté in butter for three minutes before serving.</li>
